No Pitch Self Flashings
Our self-mount flashing can be installed on various types of roofing systems. The self-mount roof flashing eliminates the need for using a roof curb that can be difficult to handle and increases material and installation costs for the project. All Sun-Dome® flashings are fabricated from aluminum sheet to ensure excellent resistance to the elements for years to come while in operation on your roof.
Pitched Self Flashings
Roof flashings are fabricated to different pitches or degrees to fit with the pitch of your roof. Matching the proper flashing to your roof allows the collector dome to be level to the horizon. This allows for maximum collection of sunlight from sunrise to sunset no matter of your location or orientation of your home/business. The self-mount pitched flashings are fabricated from the same aluminum sheet that our non-pitched self-mount roof flashing are made of to ensure the same long lasting quality you expect from our Sun-Dome® Tubular Daylight System.
Curb Self Mount
If your home/building requires the use of a roof curb for the rooftop equipment, Sun-Dome® offers our curb-cap roof flashing. This flashing type easily mounts and seals to a metal or wood roof curb. The curb-cap is fabricated from the same aluminum sheet that our self-mount roof flashing are made of to ensure the same long lasting quality you expect from our Sun-Dome® Tubular Daylight Systems.
Dimmers
- The Sun-Dome® Eclypse Daylight Dimmer is fast and easy to install, it comes completely assembled ready to be installed between two sections of reflective tubing. Great for new installations and even existing Sun-Dome® units.
- Daylight Eclypse Dimmer can be adjusted to provide any desired level of light.
- Electric Motor when in operation only uses 4W of power.
- Optional Wireless Control System has a range of up to 100'
- Wireless Remote uses 1-23AE 12V battery (batteries included)

Dome
All Sun-Dome® Daylighting Systems utilize a polycarbonate dome that withstands extreme Hurricane weather conditions and impacts of airborne debris and hail. The polycarbonate used with our products protects against harsh and harmful Ultra-violet and Infrared rays from the sun that cause color fading and reducing adverse effects to the human body. This allows Sun-Dome to deliver daylight into your home or business that is efficient, cool, and healthy.
L.E.D. Lights
- The Sun-Dome® Omni-Hybrid LED is ideal to provide light to your room through the diffuser of your tubular skylight. Comes completely assembled ready for installation between two sections of Sun-Dome® Omni-Hybrid LED Light Kit hooks in directly into 110v.
- No heat build up.
- Only draws 20 watts of power during use.
- Optional Wireless Control System has a range of up to 100'
- Wireless Remote uses 1-23AE 12V battery (batteries included)

Security Bars
This added security measure utilizes a 3/8" solid stainless steel bar that goes through the center of the opening below the roof line. The sturdy 3/8" bar and angle ring mounted to the underside of the roof ensures it cannot be accessed or tampered with from the exterior of your home or business.
Transfer Tubes
All Sun-Dome® tubular skylights transfer natural daylight into your home or business via a highly reflective transfer tube. Our transfer tubes utilize a layer of 99.9% silver to achieve 98.16% reflectivity, the highest reflectivity in the market. The material we use for fabrication of our transfer tubes is comprised of several bonded layers, this means that your tubing system will maintain its integrity over its entire 25 year lifespan. Compared to others laminated tubes in the market today that peel apart over time from exposure to the sun.
Transfer Tube Elbows
Our adjustable elbows make it easy to maneuver your Sun-Dome® tubular daylighting system around rafters, HVAC, or obstructions that maybe in the attic. The 10" and 13" prime series systems come standard with a pair of elbows for easy installation. The 21" Prime and Commercial Series are not provided with adjustable elbows. If more elbows are needed for your application, additional ones can be ordered to achieve desired installation.
